We’re happy you’re here, looking to learn more about our history in the background industry for more than 38 years. NuCheck, formerly Cartwright Downes, Inc. was established in 1980 by a family-run company boasting over a half-century of industry experience. Today we are still owned and operated by that same family tradition, and have become a premier global provider in Background Screening Investigations and consultation in especially regulated industries. It is this level of professionalism, accuracy and quality that have helped us grow with our valued partners over the years and in that time have never had any litigation pending against us ever. Nothing is more important that protecting our partners from an increasingly litigious environment and we maintain that level of diligence and care in every one of our investigations.
NuCheck is dedicated to delivering our level of expertise to new and old partners alike by constantly learning and finding new technological solutions to old problems. By making our services more available and versatile, we are able to offer you industry leading turn-around times and inexpensive investigations directly to your hiring decision makers to help you make the best additions to your team. We constantly look to find new solutions and partnerships to integrate onboarding systems or Applicant Tracking Systems to make ordering background investigations as easy as clicking a button. Those reports are then returned directly to the ATS reducing time, data entry errors, and effort by not adding additional systems and sign-on requirements.
